Author, pattern designer, and AQG member Ann Holmes began her artistic journey working in stained glass, then added quilting to her portfolio.  Wanting to recreate some of her original glass designs in cloth, she developed her "No Sewing Until You Quilt It" technique, which allows the quilt maker to build a quilt top using see-through fusible foundation over an outline of the design, then to stitch and quilt it at the same time.

Working in both cloth and glass – Double Happy!
