Sponsorship Registration for 2025 Asheville Quilt Show
The Sponsorship Registration Deadline is May 16, 2025. Premium Recognition areas, such as Best in Show, Kid's Sewing, Silent Auction, Product Raffle, etc. for Palladium, Platinum, Titanium and Rhodium Sponsorships are limited and available on a first come/first serve basis.
All Sponsorship Levels, except Copper, include a Program Ad with the Sponsorship. You can advertise in our Program without a Sponsorship or you can add an ad to the Copper level Sponsorship. All ads are black & white, unless otherwise noted. Micki Batte, our Program Ad Liaison, will contact you for your logo and ad copy details as soon as your payment is received. We also welcome in-kind product contributions for our Product Raffle at the Quilt Show. This is a very popular event for attendees at our show.
Sponsorship Form
You have two options for submitting your sponsorship form, outlined below. We encourage you to utilize the Online Form with a credit card payment to ensure timely form and payment delivery and receipt confirmation.
You should receive an email acknowledging receipt of your payment and form online. If you do not, please check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, email AQGquiltshowMLBoise@gmail.com and reference "AQG Sponsorship".
To submit your sponsorship form by mail with a check payment, download the fillable PDF form. Type in the information or print it to fill in manually; PRINT NEATLY and LEGIBLY. Mail the form and a check before the deadline to the address shown on the form.
