Entry Form Information

The deadline for entering your quilt is August 9, 2024.

The quilts in this show are not juried and are accepted on a first come, first served basis and are limited to the first 375 quilts submitted by August 9, 2024. The submission date for online entries is the date of input as determined by the computer system and the submission date for manual entries is the postmark date. We strongly encourage you to use our online system as we have found over the past year that receipt of items via the postal service has become slower and more unreliable.

Entry Forms

You have two options for submitting your entry form, outlined below.  Although members do not pay an entry fee, we urge you to utilize the Online Entry Form to ensure timely form delivery and receipt confirmation. Non-Members: Please note that the nonrefundable entry fee is $20 for submitting an Online Entry form versus $25 for submitting a manual form by mail.

Use the Online Entry Form to submit your entry and photo electronically and remit any funds due via credit card. 

You should receive an email acknowledging receipt of your entry shortly after submitting your quilt entry online.  if you do not, please check your SPAM folder.  If it is not there, email quiltshow.entries@ashevillequiltguild.org and reference "Asheville Quilt Show".  

To submit your entry form by mail, download the fillable PDF form.  Type in the information or print it to fill in manually; PRINT NEATLY and LEGIBLY.  Attach a photo of your quilt and mail it with the form and a check, if required, before the deadline.   If you do not receive an email acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your entry within two to four weeks after your entry has been mailed, please check your SPAM folder.  If it is not there, please email quiltshow.entries@ashevillequiltguild.org and reference "Asheville Quilt Show".  

Your quilt does not have to be completed when you submit your entry since we do not jury quilts.  The photo submitted with your entry form needs to be sufficient to identify your quilt and determine that it is in the proper category, but the quilt does not have to be completely finished at the time the photo is taken.  If the dimensions on the entry form are not final, you may update those via email once they are finalized.
