Sharron Armel has created a technique class titled " New Tricks." She describes it as an easy way to make Card Trick blocks. She says it is easy because:
I'm always open for a new, improved way to make a block and this method sounds like a big improvement!

This Class will explore different ways of constructing flying geese. It will help you identify which method you enjoy and which methods yields accurate units. Materials and patterns will be provided for blocks to use in a community quilt. This class is for guild members of any skill level. The class supply list can be found at Methods Class Flying Geese.docx
This workshop opens for registration on July 15, 2024.
Candy Grisham has a new workshop for us and she calls it her Fun Fabulous Mystery Quilt. She was kind enough to give me a sneak peak and I agree, it IS Fabulous and looks like it will be fun to put together. My biggest issue with mystery quilts is that I often don't like the colors that were chosen for the quilt. Candy has taken that problem out of the equation. You select a layer cake (10" squares), two accent colors and a background so you are bound to love the colors! Candy is an excellent instructor and her classes are always fun! Join us for the last workshop of 2024!
NOTE: You will need to cut your fabrics BEFORE class using the cutting instructions below.
